 Pre-arrival and Orientation

Nomination & Application Process

First step – Acknowledgement

Once nominated by your home institution, you will receive an email with a link to complete the Cattolica Online Application. The following documents are required:

 Two passport-size photos (3x4cm)
Learning Agreement/Course Request List containing your planned courses in our institution
Most recent Transcripts of Records obtained in your current year of study.
Italian Language Proficiency Report (see requirements at this link)
English proficiency (see requirements at this link)

Second step – Acceptance

Upon receipt of your application and the enclosed additional required documents, UCSC International will process the documentation. You will receive an e-mail when formally admitted to the university. Should some documents be missing, you will be informed through a follow-up e-mail.
Additionally, Non-EU Students will also receive a letter of acceptance / invitation for visa application procedures.

Third step – Information

Admitted students will start receiving information regarding their stay at Cattolica via e-mail.

Fourth step – Course registration

Your learning agreement or course request list is your first indication of what you intend to study at Cattolica. However, you will be able to change your course selection either before or after your arrival on campus.

For the courses of the International Curriculum you will receive all the information related to your course schedule and pre-registration instructions about six weeks before the beginning of classes. Please note that the pre-registration does not substitute the formal registration that you will carry out upon arrival.

For the University Academic Curriculum you will receive instructions on how to register at the Orientation Event.
