Application Procedure

Application procedures for 2-year Graduate Degrees ("Laurea Magistrale") taught in English

The following procedure applies to candidates studying/who completed their studies at a non-Italian university.

How to apply

Before you start applying, please read carefully the entry requirements of each programme

  1. Download the application guidelines and read them carefully.
    Make sure you follow the instructions provided in order to properly submit your application.
     
  2. Select the degree program of your choice.
    You may select up to two programs. If your application for the first choice is not successful, you will be evaluated for your second choice program.
     
  3. Create your account, fill out the online form and upload the required documents (listed in the guidelines)
     
  4. Pay the application fee (75€, non-refundable) and submit your application.
    We will start processing your application after the payment of the application fee has been received: check that the status of the application in your Self Service Center is "Applied and paid". Deadlines - Academic Year 2019/2020

Round  Deadline Candidates Results available*
1st Round February 1, 2019 EU and NON EU citizens No later than March 7, 2019
2nd Round March 15, 2019 EU and NON EU citizens  Within 6 working weeks from app fee payment
3rd Round April 15, 2019 EU and NON EU citizens Within 6 working weeks from app fee payment
4th Round May 15, 2019 EU citizens and residents. Last available deadline for non - EU citizens residing abroad Within 6 working weeks from app fee payment
4th Round June 13, 2019** EU citizens and residents Within 6 working weeks from app fee payment

 

* Applications will be evaluated by the indicated deadline only if all required documents have been provided upon submission, and if the application fee has been paid.

** This round will open based on places availability.


NOTE: Some local Italian Consulates/Embassies can be more strict than others regarding the deadline of the pre-enrolment process; we therefore strongly advise non-EU students residing abroad who need a study visa to submit their application to Università Cattolica no later than April 15 and to verify the dates of the pre-enrollment with their local Italian Consulate/Embassy.
